It is getting harder to justify banking here. Only has 1 drive thru, only 1 outside ATM (which breaks down often) and now All the Chase Banks no longer will accept large amount of coins unless they are rolled (or you are a business customer) Really?? Do you think I want to sit and roll coins when there is a machine for that. The employees here are very nice, however Chase Bank's Customer Service Options need to improve. Or I could move my accounts to the local bank a few blocks away that still have drive thru lanes and a coin counting machine. They even will take your coins if you are not a customer.
So, my parents went to Chase bank in Roscoe IL today. Both my parents have walkers. My dad had two strokes last month and the mom had hip surgery last January. It takes them 5 minutes to get out of the car and shuffle their way to the counter on a good day. IT IS NOT HARD TO SEE THEY ARE VERY HANDICAPPED! On this day it took twice as long, because they were carrying cans of coins. 10 minutes of struggles and the BANK MANAGER says that they cannot accept them unless the are rolled up, so that they can unroll them and count them. Then he tells them to roll on out of there. REALLY. I DON'T CARE IF YOUR POLICY IS NOT TO ACCEPT UNROLLED COINS OR NOT YOU DON'T TREAT HANDICAPPED ELDERLY PEOPLE LIKE THAT! ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT ARE NOW GOING TO REMOVE SEVERAL HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS OUT OF YOUR INCONSIDERATE BANK!
Great bank but move the atm out of the sun, and add a 2nd atm.
I went to this branch today at 11am ~ no drive thru lane was open except business ~ I had 3 babies under 2 in the car and was not able to go inside ~ why no drive thru open?
