Csm are slow as molasses. And love to have personal convos at the desk instead of speaking to customers. I asked 2 ppl for help finding something and they pretended they didn't hear me. I hate this walmart
Milk (white skim, 2% and whole) is also cheap, at less than $1 per gallon (that's at the gas station and in store). Currently 9/12/17 it's 98 cents a gallon, which is a penny more than the Aldi's across the street.
Okay Wal-Mart, very convenient location. Can never get any help from the deli or hot foods section though which is a negative. It would be nice if they had someone there for customers instead of workers in the back you have to grab the attention of.
Assistant Manager Heather is an amazing person! My extended family suffered a great tragedy in the loss of my 10 year old cousin. In the final days of her battle with Sanfillipo syndrome she had lots of family around. I called the Roscoe Walmart and explained that unfortunately I was more than just a few hours away and could not deliver food or paper products. I asked if there were any options and I was told no, when I explained the uniqueness of the situation the person on the other end (from the car side pick up service) asked me to hold and transferred me to Ms. Heather. Ms. Heather heard me out and suggested things like having a family member come pick the items up. I explained that in these final days I couldn’t ask anyone to leave. Ms. Heather looked up the distance from the store to their house and offered to take the delivery herself!!! I was so thrilled that we set it up through car side pick up and she took it the delivery that next day. My cousin went to be with Jesus that same night and so I called and explained to Ms. Heather that she had passed away. Ms. Heather was very compassionate and said she would still take care of the order. When she arrived at the house I was told she was very compassionate, helpful, respectful, and polite! I couldn’t be more grateful for amazing people like this! Thank you to Walmart for hiring such fantastic people! I have never been to this specific store, but I am so thankful for amazing people like this!
It's a Super Walmart with a Walmart Gas station. The gas station accepts Walmart Gift Cards which afford the buyer 3 cents off per gallon. That usually makes their gas the bargain rate in this area.
The overall shopping was good. Except for one thing, my grandson got a subway sandwich which was good and I got a cup of coffee, it tasted like poison. Paid 1.50. They should be ashamed to serve that. Test it for yourself. I had to let you know so the next person does't get burned. Thank you.
