If there was an option to rate 0/5 stars the would hit the mark. Waited two hours this morning for a "priority" phone call back only to find out when I called since I had not received a call that Dr. Crays was yet again not in the office (after being told yesterday night she would be) they have this nice new facility but now can't seem to make it in to work, overbook, and over accept the amount of patients they serve , I can never get an appointment with the dr in a reasonable amount of time and today they had me waiting to come in til I call and find out they had no available openings I let the nurse practitioner know how upset I was over the fact that I had wasted all morning waiting for them when I could have been making other arrangements with doctors who could actually see me today. Ive been a patient of hers for at least 7 years are more and I have absolutely had it, Dr. Cray's and that office are completely incompetent and I will never go there again.
Dr Crays is a caring physician. She listens and explains carefully. The staff is very friendly. Amanda Huber is also very thorough and caring. Love this place!
Nice facility, thought I'd give them a try. I'd been treated at a nearby clinic for a recurring issue, so I basically just needed a prescription refill. In hindsight, I should have gone back there in the first place, but they had more limited hours. I spend 5 minutes with the doc at Swedes, who said I should just go back to the other clinic. Makes sense. Oh, and that will be $200 for our time! What other business can operate that way? I went back to my original clinic and it was $100 for that visit, and they gave me the prescription.
If there was negative stars as an option I would go negative 5 on this place. The medical assistant is HORRIBLE to put it nicely. I was waiting in line with 2 people ahead of me and by the time I got to the window it was past my appointment time and I was told I had to reschedule. The receptionist even backed me up and tried to reasoned that I was waiting in line on time and yet the Assistant named Ashley proceeded to have her tell me that I need to reschedule. This is unacceptable, just like how your time is important ours is too. As a local area business owner I would suggest you get a new manager/Assistant or as apparent by the reviews this place is nothing but trouble. Will NEVER go to this place. Swedish has been horrible in general and the only reason why I HAVE to go here is because of my insurance. You will see the impact of your practices eventually. Horrible will deter others from going here every chance I get.

SHE SCARED ME!! SO COLD-CRUDE- ALMOST ANGRY!! SHE CAME IS STONE FACED AND NO SMILE ...I COULDNT EVEN TELL YOU IF SHE HAD TEETH IN HER MOUTH.. SHE IS A SCARY LADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
