Place is kept clean and has coin free machines (laundry cards) which is convenient because you don't have to worry about carrying coins. However, they only have two large machines that almost every customer comes to use and the day shift lady is kind of rude when she is cleaning. She will wipe over your hand while wiping down the top of the washing machines and will sweep over your feet if your sitting at one of the tables...an excuse me would be nice, if we see her cleaning we usually go stand on the other side of the establishment or outside until she finishes. Their xl washers (2) cost approx. $4.85, the next level washer (4 or 5) costs around $4.65 and the smaller white washers (about 16)cost approx $2.25(which are newer and wash pretty well)- give or take a few cents on all the prices. There are around 6 or 8 white stackable dryers that I wouldn't waste my time using unless you are drying something that you don't want to shrink so it stays slightly damp. The big dryers are $0.25 per 10 minutes which is a limited amount of time for a dryer, usually takes us $1 -$1.25 per load to fully dry. Overall, it is still one of the better establishments in the area.
What?! No Wi-Fi?! At least this place is cleaner than the other places in the area. The machines are not timed correctly.
If there were 0 stars to put, I'd give the laundry bin just that. Came here this morning because I had come in the past a few times and always had good luck. I came in to find that no one was working to help start the washer-if there is only someone there part of the time, it doesn't make it very convenient for the customer, especially if they have never been there before. I got the money card and put in into the washer slot but all it said was to pull card out. After trying for ten minutes and putting in laundry soap and fabric softener in the machine, I left so angered. I tried to call the number listed on Google and they didn't have a mailbox set up yet, which is also only going to be answered when employees are there. I don't know how anyone can run a business with no one working to help their customers let alone no customer service! This all makes it very inconvenient and frustrating. It wasn't ever like this when they first opened. I don't understand why no one wants to work for the customers these days anymore. It doesn't make for well managed businesses. Can't believe the responses that are given from the negative feedback as well-like the customers are doing it all wrong!tries to sound sincere, but comes off as a hardnose!
Not my favorite, not my least favorite. I wish they at least had wifi. The place is a lot cleaner than most, but the machines timing is off. One time my machine said 8 minutes left for 5 minutes lol. The timing of the largest machines in the front are super unreliable. Overall not too bad tho.
I could have four going in a row on the same cycle and they all are out of order. Sometimes the last one that I started is the first to get done. Hmmmmmm..... Also, it’s too warm in here.
ZERO STARS- RV traveler who chose this laundry service based on the review and owner response. Did 5 loads of laundry. Sheets were wetter than they should be and towel were completely sopping wet. Asked staff that I needed to just run the spin cycle again on different machine and was told she can't do that. Offered to wash again but I don't have an extra hour to waste. Told her machine should not be in service and she said machines are hit & miss and they are working on them. Place is spotless but obviously they are putting focus in wrong area. Appearances are not everything.Spend less time cleaning and more time on maintaining and servicing your machines.
