They are VERY rude there and have unreasonable prices. Honestly the WORST service I've ever experienced don't go to them save your money please.
Me and my family decided to make a trip to a Williams Tree Farm in Rockton Illinois and to my surprise after spending an hour and a half searching for a tree on my way back to my vehicle I realized I had lost the key to my sisters truck. That was the only key we had for the truck and I spent the next two and a half hours searching for the key when I realized that I was going to have to call a locksmith. I contacted lucky lock. I had contacted 9 other locksmiths and lucky lock was the least expensive out of all of them I then told him to come out he was there within a half an hour Not only was he there but he offered my nieces and nephews and son to sit in his vehicle to stay warm while he perform the service. He had a great sense of humor and seemed to be in High Spirits even though I called him away from his dinner. as he was trying to program the key to the truck the battery went dead on my truck and he jump-started me free of charge. He had actually charged me $10 less than what he quoted me on the phone. I definitely recommend his service to anyone in need of a locksmith. My family is truly thankful that you took the time to help us
