Had several different storage units over the years with them. Always great and timely service. Any problems are dealt with immediately. Love that the security gate closes after hours and surveillance cameras all over!
You pay for secured storage, but the security gate is never closed, you can drive right in. The office representative is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with!
Lacked costumer service. My car was damaged while stored there and they didn't really care.
